Donoghue Project Consulting, LLC provides project planning, project management, owner representation, building code analysis, project monitoring, due diligence, and architectural forensics services to building owners, and others served by the design and construction industry.
Through our know-how, gained from decades of experience in both the building owner and practicing architect roles, we bring significant experience and applied expertise to building owners who are without, or wish to supplement their internal facility planners and project managers. We help our clients to efficiently pursue their projects with confidence.

Tom Donoghue, LEED, PA, - Principal, Donoghue Project Consulting LLC
Tom is an experienced planner, project manager and architect. His background and education are broader than the typical professional. He has worked as both building owner and consulting architect, developing specialized skills in project planning & management, owner representation, building planning & design, design & construction procurement, contract administration, and building code analysis.
His goal is to enhance the partnerships between building owners & users and their design & construction teams. Adding value by providing the owners with the expertise to be knowledgeable and effective clients in the design and construction industry .
In his free time, Tom enjoys mentoring and is a Business Coach with Entrepreneuring Youth, a 501(c)3 organization that helps middle and high school students improve school performance and increase readiness for post-secondary education. He is a Classroom Volunteer with Junior Achievement of Western PA, a volunteer-driven program for youth that fosters work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literary skills.

We provide owner representation and advocacy, owner's side project planning and management, facilities planning, management and operations consulting, project planning and management for technically complex and diverse building types, code consulting with In-depth working knowledge of the building codes and ADA and related issues
